Today Leroy Changed His Story
Today Leroy told me had months not gone by and 500 miles he and AMG (GEP) would have warranted the motor reasoning that "you could have hot rodded it or beat on it." I explained that is ridiculous and that I replaced a dog of a 6.5td simply to have one of the nicest H1 Hummer on the internet. If I was a hot rodder I would have sought a Duramax or some type of hype conversion. FYI, I drive a Platinum 150 Hybrid with a 7.2kw Pro Power for my bunkhouse travel trailer with my family. Not a motor head here. Just a A+ business owner and a dad.
AGM (GEP ) will not warrantee your engine
I spoke with Lyndon Williams at AGM (GEP) today, 248-309-5761 and he explained his motors NEVER fail and they do not warrantee the motors. Lyndon is a LIAR. He told me I have to deal with Leroy. Lyndon told me Leroy plus 5 others are partner distributors but refused to give me Leroy's last name or business address. I truly believe Lyndon is covering up for Leroy as it is insane he will not give an address or last name of an authorized AMG(GEP) distributor/vendor. Lyndon will earn his own website if he does not provide that information.
Leroy's state of Texas has consumer protection laws
Leroy's sale of the motor to me is covered under Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA). Many US states have similar laws.
While Leroy's site is silent to warrantee, his state burdens him with an implied warrantee for consumers and that warrantee flows up stream to AGM (DEP) because they failed to disclaim it.
In my opinion, Leroy is a sneaky cheat who does not make good on his sales. Not using a business address and being virtually invisible as an owner on the internet is more than suspicious.
AGM (DEP) is no better than Leroy.
I would not do business with either.

Leroy Diesel and AGM (DEP) lie and say they offer no warrantee with a new crate long block engine. I have AGM (DEP) on tape stating this and Leroy in writing and phone calls stating this.
Leroy yesterday (3/1/2022) refused to warrantee his engine he sold me, told me he was not required to, and refused to call AMG.
Last night I performed the legal research and wrote Leroy that he will be sued quoting Texas consumer law. Leroy called AMG today only because of legal threat, but AMG sided with him.
